When should you arrive?
Arrive at least ten minutes before your time slot so that you can change onsite.
Who is allowed in the sauna
The minimum age to use Woodfield sauna and its facilities is 16 when accompanied by an adult and 18 otherwise.

Anyone that has health issues should use the sauna in accordance with their own medical advice.
How long are slots?
Slots are 55 minutes. arrive 10 minutes early, so that you have time to change. We have changing facilities on site.
Group slots can be booked for longer, call us to arrange your groups ideal package.
Cleaning routine
While saunas are naturally clean due to the high temperatures and good ventilation ,Woodfield sauna follows strict cleaning protocols with the sauna being cleaned at the end of each day.

up to 10 people can comfortably fit in the sauna.
